Asking for Expansion: Sagittarius' Full Moon

Dear Ones,
The energy leading up to this weekends’s Full Moon is intensely expansive. With a Mars square Pluto at the beginning of the week, and a Venus square Saturn at the end, this weekend’s bright fullness is a bit daring and glaring.
Uranus is sitting with the Sun in this configuration, freshly anointed in Gemini’s speakeasies, and square to the nodes of the Moon— points of karmic tension and release.
Full Moons are times of ultimate exposure, and with Sagittarius’ brazen and powerfully expansive fires, this one is bounding for a sense of freedom-at-all-costs. Towards the most emblazoned expression of righteousness.
Sagittarius is on a quest for meaning, so let’s be cognizant this Full Moon of our own biases around our meaning-making. With the North Node in Pisces squaring this Full Moon, there is a chance for a leap forward in our consciousness, moving us ever-more-gracefully into the flame of inclusivity. Let us act from our own landscapes of faith, with an openness to being shook, shaken, stirred, and a-quakened by the diversity of expressions around us. Take joy in others. Express your love and appreciation.
The Full Moon is also trine to Vesta, Pallas Athena, and Saturn, all in feisty Aries—ruled by Mars in Taurus. We are assisted in our endeavors of faith by structure, strategy, and devotion. We can make quick decisions, but our growth is slow. Things may happen suddenly, but integration takes time.
Every New and Full Moon is a MOMENT. Take the time you need to understand what happened afterwards. It is a time to be impacted, surely, and when we take our time healing—as is indicated by both Mars in Taurus and Venus in Cancer, flanking the Sun and Moon in semisextile and quincunx—we know ourselves better. And when we know ourselves better, with compassion and steady movement, we get better at being human.
This is not an easy Full Moon, especially with the days leading up to it. It may feel abrupt & disorienting—along with the awakening, expansion, and fiery flagrance. Get in touch with your higher self, the one that knows what to do and when to do it. If there is a party that you really wanted to attend and in the end you want to curl up with a friend or a dog instead, do it. Tend to the spaces and places that are asking for expansion, not the ones the over-culture insists on.
Temperance in the Tarot is associated with Sagittarius. The fullness of Temperance is to know the middle way; to be able to walk the center line; to embody all of ourselves, true wisdom.
When I asked Temperance what it wants us to know this Full Moon, it offered the Knight of Wands. In order to create balance and to know yourself better, do what brings you pleasure. Move with this Full Moon in a way that is right for your own expansion. Bring joy and expansion through your personal expression and willingness to play, be bold, and spontaneous.

AUTHENTIC MOVEMENT, JULY/AUGUST
This offering is through my internship site—the Liberation Institute. Authentic Movement is a practice of moving with a witness, in a facilitated space, allowing the movement itself to lead, and learning about ourselves and each other through the wisdom of spontaneous movement.
I am offering this series during the summertime, and it is donation-based.

I am offering an embodied processing group in person. It did not fill up enough to start in May, but I am dedicated to this group. It was slated to be on Friday mornings. If you are interested, but that time did not work for you, please let me know. I will relaunch an enrollment series starting in August, for a start date of early September. I would love to know if you are interested, and if so, what days/times might work for you.
I would also be open to an online version of this group, so please let me know if you live elsewhere and would like to be involved.

I am opening up summer enrollment for my Therapeutic Journeys, June-Sept.
Summer brings the heat of fire, and with it, a spiritual awakening in our hearts. This season is related to our soul work, and to the developmental phase of adolescence. Within this time of year, we work with identity. We ask questions such as:
Who am I?
What can I be?
Cancer’s new moon leads this time, and the Chariot in Tarot consciousness. This is a time to question, shed, or reinforce our shell, the home of our soul.
I will be kicking this season’s therapeutic journey off with an online New Moon Ceremony for the Crab and Cancer hosted with my friend and colleague Nicole Feola from Living Moons Astrology. Stay tuned for that info, but save the date of JULY 14 from 5-7 PM.
